Webb Homes is a custom home builder and community developer in the Cowichan Valley, building since 2003. New homes are all we do, and we build up to 11 a year. We build in Duncan, North Cowichan, Maple Bay, Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake, Cowichan Bay, Lake Cowichan, Chemainus and Ladysmith.
Own land? We start with a chat, then visit your land. No land yet? We offer house and land packages in our own communities, or we can look at a lot with you before you buy. Then we plan, design and price your home, and handle the permits. We manage the build, with weekly site updates and monthly walkthroughs, until the keys are yours.
